Return & Refund Policy

At Click2Print Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized printing solutions. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return policy is tailored accordingly.

Return Eligibility

Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following situations:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• The product received does not match the approved design or order confirmation.
• There is a printing error not present in the client-approved design files.

Return Process

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description.
3. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to verify and assist.

Resolution Options

If your return is approved, we will offer one of the following options:

• A free reprint of the product.
• A partial or full refund, based on the issue.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

• Minor color variations or layout shifts due to screen-to-print differences.
• Delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery details.
• Change of mind after order approval or dispatch.
