Click2Print Pvt. Ltd. strives to ensure the highest quality of goods and products. However, for regular offset print quality, there is no refund, no claim, and no warranty or guarantee policy. Customers are advised to carefully review the print quality and specifications before placing an order.
2. Customer Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing artwork in a ready-to-print format. Click2Print Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or issues arising from the customer's supplied artwork. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the artwork is accurate, properly formatted, and suitable for printing.
3. Complaints Timeline
In the event of any complaints regarding the goods or services provided by Click2Print Pvt. Ltd., customers are required to notify the company within 48 hours of receiving the order. Complaints should be submitted in writing and include relevant details and supporting evidence. Click2Print Pvt. Ltd. will review the complaint and take appropriate action as deemed necessary.
4. Printing Variations
Click2Print Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. However, minor variations may occur during the printing process. These variations include, but are not limited to, color variations, minor misalignments, and slight differences in print quality. Customers acknowledge that there is no refund, no claim, and no warranty or guarantee for regular offset print quality. Additionally, please note that printed colors may vary by 10 to 20% from the colors displayed on screens.
5. Paper GSM & Texture
Click2Print Pvt. Ltd. sources paper from trusted suppliers, and efforts are made to maintain consistent paper quality and grammage (GSM). However, there may be slight variations in paper quality and GSM between different print runs or batches. These variations are industry-standard and will not be considered as grounds for complaints, returns, or refunds.
6. Delivery Timelines
Click2Print Pvt. Ltd. aims to deliver products within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delivery dates are approximate and may be subject to factors beyond the company's control, such as shipping delays, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. Click2Print Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred due to delayed deliveries.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- Returns: Click2Print Pvt. Ltd. does not accept returns of customized products unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Customers must notify the company within 48 hours of receiving a defective or damaged product to be eligible for a return.
- Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.
- Refunds: Refunds will be provided only in cases where Click2Print Pvt. Ltd. determines that the goods or services provided are defective or do not meet the specifications agreed upon. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Payment in Advance
Customers are required to make full payment in advance for their orders. Click2Print Pvt. Ltd. accepts various payment methods, including online payment gateways, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. Orders will be processed and production will commence only upon successful payment clearance.
